The games, names, logos, artwork, screenshots, trailers and text on this site belong to MDC Studios unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them, or use them to suggest that we endorse you, without our written permission.

You’re welcome to link to the site, and to share screenshots and trailers when you write about, review or make videos of our games, as long as you credit MDC Studios.

Getting and playing our games

Our games are sold, downloaded and played through other platforms, such as the Meta Horizon Store and itch.io. Purchases, downloads, accounts and refunds are handled by those platforms under their own terms. A game you play on this site runs in itch.io’s player.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it
• use the site for anything unlawful
• copy the site’s content in bulk, by scraping or otherwise

Links to other sites

The site links to stores, social networks and video services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, MDC Studios isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.
