Privacy policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website, run by MDC Studios. The short version: we don’t track you, we don’t set cookies, and we don’t sell anything about you.

What we collect

Nothing through the site itself. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and the site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and delete it when it’s no longer needed for that conversation.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so they can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Videos and the browser game

Trailers and the browser game come from other services. They stay switched off until you press play, so nothing loads from those services before then. Once you press play, that service’s own privacy policy applies and it may set cookies:

Stores and other links

Our games are sold and downloaded on other platforms, such as the Meta Horizon Store and itch.io. When you follow a link to one of them, its own terms and privacy policy apply. This policy covers this website only.

Children

This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 give you rights over your personal data, including the right to see it, correct it or have it deleted. Since the only personal data we hold is email you send us, just email us to use any of these rights.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
